All completed project materials, plans, and tools must be collected or removed from the site within two weeks of project completion.
If materials or equipment are left unclaimed for more than four weeks, we will not take any responsibility for them, and they may be disposed of or repurposed.
Expedited Service
A fast-track or priority construction service is available upon request. Please note that additional charges may apply for this expedited scheduling.
Allergy & Material Sensitivity Notice
Clients must inform our team in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or specific restrictions related to construction materials or finishes (e.g., certain paints, adhesives, or treated wood).
Damage Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damage to pre-existing structures, underground utilities, or decorative features unless previously agreed in writing.
Access & Documentation Policy
Clients must provide proper site access and retain all documentation (e.g., project agreements, permits). Failure to do so may result in delays or suspension of services.
Minimum Project Value
A minimum project value of £500 applies to all construction and renovation services.
